Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice

We were unaware that there was no on site parking w/o valet $49 charge. Off street parking lots expensive and charge for each coming and going. Disappointed that check in did not inform us that you had to use your room key to use the elevator. That would’ve been helpful!!

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were large and clean. The beds and pillows very comfortable. It is a pretty basic hotel, so it does not have a lot of ammenities. The breakfast buffet had quite a bit to chose from and the food was good. It does have a pool which we did not use. The front desk was very helpful to us upon arrival as we had a major car issue. The woman who took care of us, took the time to look up the name and phone number of a nearby auto repair shop. We definitely would stay again.

I stay at this hotel twice a year for events I come into Cincinnati for. Very disappointed this time in the room amenities. Bottom of one of the beds was broken, bathroom light was not very bright, shower curtain rod was not level so the curtain did not stay closed on either end. I’m not sure if this was just a room that needed to be refreshed. They were painting the lobby right outside the restaurant during my stay so you smelled the paint fumes with your breakfast each morning. Staff was very nice checking in and restaurants staff.

Great service, clean

Breakfast was great! Not many hotels still do a buffet hot breakfast. Staff was polite.
