Check in no one was at the desk, stood there for ten minutes. Room looked like someone slept on top of the bed. Gunshots were heard at 1am. The pool was freezing and not heated. The temperature was ridiculous. The pool should be listed as broken because there was no heat in an indoor pool. No staff even spoke when you walked past them or spoke to them. Horrible experience.

Staff was great, rooms were kind of old, breakfast was fine.

We checked in late into our room. Room was hot so we clicked the air on. After an hour later and the temperature being 78 we decided to call the front desk. The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. We decided to pack up at 1am and leaving to find another hotel
