This is a lovely hotel, with a hot tub that is actually hot! 😊 People are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Parking is very good. They even have a very nice breakfast. I will stay here again.

Second time staying here - both were good experiences. I would stay again. This hotel is easily walkable to downtown Ashlands restaurants, shops, and Lithia park. And The Armory for music events, which is why I stayed here each time. This hotel is across the street from Safeway, which is also a nice convenience. The bed is comfortable, room clean, shower hot. I like it.

Hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean. It wasn’t too noisy at night either. Great continental breakfast. My only complaint was that the pillows were so flat and worn down. When I think about a hotel, the first thing I think of are the pillows because they usually so comfy you want to steal them. This was not the case. We woke with sore necks each morning. We would stay here again but maybe just bring our own pillow.

Front desk staff were on point. Friendly helpful and upbeat. Pool and hot tub times were a nice extra. Although smallest hot tob I have seen they kept it clean and warm. Need better pillows. Some more warm food options for breakfast would be a bonus. Overall a great place for the value.
