The food was very limited for breakfast options. The cereal machines did not function well. I saw a guest put their hands into the cereal from the top to get it to dispense properly. Not good. The beds were great! Thr front desk manager was very good as well.

This was the perfect place for me and my kids to stay while going to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The staff was kind and attentive. The place was clean and neat. It's not a luxury hotel, but we had a lovely experience. We will definitely be back!

The Stratford Inn was the perfect base for our weekend in Ashland attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival! Location was within 5 minutes of all the shops and restaurants, maybe 8 minutes from the theaters. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and at the breakfast service. We especially appreciated the pool being open late and breakfast going until 10am. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice breakfast. Easy walk to town. They allow pets. Unfortunately, we had to listen to a barking dog for a long time. The dog was left alone in a room. It took staff a long time to get a response from pet owners.

The hotel is a great location and there has been some updates in the rooms. We had booked 3 rooms and all our bathrooms need updating ie; the sink counters are way to short. In one king room it was missing the side table - friend went to the front desk to let them know but nothing was done to put another one in. In the 3rd room the A/C was very noisy and it was difficult to sleep at night. Breakfast is weak; stale bagels. Would be nice to upgrade the breakfast with other items. Staff was attentive and very nice.

What a beautiful and charming hotel… front desk staff was helpful with restaurant information near by and there’s a wonderful woman the keeps you informed and entertained in the breakfast area… very dog friendly and pet area

A very comfortable and well equipped room. Next door to Safeway, for quick snacks. Breakfast included. The only thing we didn’t like is that the bathroom sink had cracks and brown coloring in it.

Wonderful stay

The room was clean ans comfortable. The mini fridge-freezer combo makes it easy to bring food. It is in walking distance of the Shakespeare festival and the indoor pool delighted my kids
