The host was attentive and helpful. The condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with nice kitchen appliances and dishes. There was a pleasant water view from the bedroom balcony. Cable TV was available. The grounds and beach area were well kept, with plenty of lounge chairs, and the heated pool was also well maintained with ample seating. The location is excellent—near Sunset Beach, in a great walking area around Key Colony, close to a good biking trail off Highway 1, and easy to get to restaurants and shops in Marathon. Would stay here again!

If you are looking for a house by the canal, you have just found it, and there is no point in searching any further. The house is very modern, tastefully furnished, and has absolutely everything you might need. This is a great opportunity, because most rental houses or apartments are cheaply furnished and show clear signs of wear and tear. Here, it is completely different — this is an excellent opportunity, and the only thing you may regret is not booking it in time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything just as advertised and pictured! We loved sitting on the dock watching the fish at night. Saw manatees during the day. Heated pool, hot tub and fire pit were the envy of nearby neighbors (renters)!
