Cheap Hotels in Buccaneer Point

Amazing staff helped created an amazing stay. We arrived early. The front desk expedited cleaning of an open room to get us in four hours before the normal check-in time. We had an ocean view room that was spacious and indeed had a great view of the sunrise over the water each morning. The room had some plumbing issue and that was addressed by the maintenance staff within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. The breakfast was included and provided made to order omelet each morning. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly. Many of them actively engaged us in conversation, including those whose English was clearly not their native language. The grounds of the property is well maintained. You also get access to bikes, paddle board and kayaks for 2 hours each day as needed. We took advantage of the kayak and paddled to the famous Islamorada sandbar that was only 1 mile off shore, which probably was the most memorable activity of our trip. The hotel is well situated and put us half way between Key West and Miami. Everything from great restaurants to activity hubs were just easy drive away. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the keys.

The property is gorgeous, pristine. Definitely will return. Loved all the lush landscapes. The beach, the views- divine. Loved it!!

They are in the process of remodeling the rooms. We got a new one and our friends got an old one. Gonna be nice when finished.

Tiki Bar, Pool, Room, and Parking were all great!

Absolutely loved it!! The beach / lounge area had a ton of space to spread out, snorkeling was amazing (watch out for anemones, and be careful snorkeling more than 10 or so meters off the dock as boats come by). The beds were so cozy and the staff was very nice. The hotel is next to or to Snooks, which has amazing food and drinks. Grab a cocktail in a plastic cup to have by the beach or pool! There is also a CVS/walgreens walking distance away. The hotel felt like an oasis away from everything though - you couldn't hear cars on the road and it truly felt like you were in a private little island. They seemed a bit under staffed. Our room didn't get cleaned, and they didn't have enough room keys for us to have more than one. This didn't bother us, and I am sure if we asked about a cleaning they would have done it, but we did notice this. We also had trouble finding pool towels, and brought our own from home. We truly didn't want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat!!

The room was nice but had a musty smell, which was really unpleasent.
