Our complaint was that housekeeping removed 2 of our coolers and 2 bags of snacks/groceries when he or she came to refresh our room on Thurs. Feb. 12. We had to ask a gentleman outside by the cleaning cart to find them. We were grateful that he found all of it, but disappointed they used a permanent marker on the coolers to write the room number on and the date. Unnecessary!

Resort is advertised as beach-front, but it is so big with so many buildings that much of it is well away from the beach. You have to study the resort map and make sure you understand where the type of room you requested is. Our room and building is kind of dated, not fancy at all. Front desk staff excellent, pool bartender was great, activities directors provided a lot of laughs.

The room was clean and the amenities were nice. Be cautious asking for anything. We asked for an extra washcloth and while the front desk stated it was on the way, it took them 36 hours to deliver.

Beautiful property. Great room with a porch w ocean view. Very clean. Loved hearing the roosters everywhere. Shore Pool is great! Bartender great! Breakfast great at the hotel restaurant. The location of the hotel is close to everything, Duval St, restaurants and shopping. Recommend a golf cart for traveling the island. Down side… we were here during a chilly week in February and there was not heat. Cold getting out of the shower! Water pressure low, not a real hot shower to begin with.
