To arrive at the hotel and find everything closed because of a staff holiday party was a bad start to our vacation. The front desk clerk suggested we should have arrived before 3pm (check in time is 4pm) to obtain sustenance. So, we were supposed to accommodate the hotel. I always thought customer service was to accommodate the guest. Won't be staying there again.

It was rather deceiving to me when i booked the room regarding the view. Yes it was walkable however we had view of a parking lot with a lot of outside noise. Room itself was nice and clean. Also i was told breakfast not included however then i heard it was. Kinda disappointed for my first stay at Keywest. I probably will not return after this experience.

The property is not worth the price they are charging. In addition to the amount paid through Expedia, they also charge extra resort fees, which would be understandable if adequate services were provided—but that was not the case. The property has very limited food and drink options, and the staff was not particularly courteous. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and not satisfied with spending nearly $2,000 for a three-day stay.

Abundance of activities close by and the staff was awesome. Excellent bars onsite. The only issues were that the bars and restaurant closed earlier than posted and I felt they overcharged for parking.

Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and the Dewey House had a great balcony with a fantastic beach view with sunrise. Service was great. Staff excellent. Food incredible. Spa with beach-side massage magnificent. I hope to return again and again. No reason to go anywhere in Key West but Southernmost Beach Resort.
