The room was clean and the amenities were nice. Be cautious asking for anything. We asked for an extra washcloth and while the front desk stated it was on the way, it took them 36 hours to deliver.

Beautiful property. Great room with a porch w ocean view. Very clean. Loved hearing the roosters everywhere. Shore Pool is great! Bartender great! Breakfast great at the hotel restaurant. The location of the hotel is close to everything, Duval St, restaurants and shopping. Recommend a golf cart for traveling the island. Down side… we were here during a chilly week in February and there was not heat. Cold getting out of the shower! Water pressure low, not a real hot shower to begin with.

This resort is more than we ever expected, located right on the gorgeous beach but also right on Duvall Street! The staff was awesome, the Beach Cafe incredible, delicious drinks and food! We will be back for sure!

I was under the impression that all of the hotel fees were included in our price through Expedia. When we arrived, I found out that there were additional daily charges of $65.00 for "amenities" and $50.00 for parking. Those fees really added up. We paid for a room with a balcony. Our first night, as we were going to bed, we found bugs in both beds. Maintenance said they were very small ants. He asked what we wanted to do, and we told him we couldn't sleep in a bed with bugs. They moved us to a downgraded room in which the heat didn't work. The room itself was okay. The resort is nice, and in a great location, but overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

It was a nice place we've stayed at before. Rooms this time were cleaned very late 4 to 5 pm when your trying to get ready for dinner. Ice machine didn't work right outside our door, very loud every 20 minutes trying to drop ice, wake you right out of a sleep. Bar staff amazing and most cleaning staff was too. Had a little issue with an attitude of a staff lady at the Pineapple Pool making a little spectacle of us moving our chairs closer to the pool, but other than that they were great. Food was good and the event coordinator was awesome. Second time being there in 60 days. My only real negatives are the chickens cackling early in the am and the hard beds.

I made a mistake as I did not realize this was not at main hotel it was a guest house so no amenities they did provide shuttle when asked I had three rooms. We all couldn’t shower in morning ran out of water. There was ghost ants in bathrooms

We splurged because it was a special occasion and I assumed given the room price and the high daily amenity fees that it would be fabulous. I don’t know what I paid for. Pools weren’t heated as promised, pool bars wouldn’t open and they’d send you to the beach cafe, there was talk on the website of free yoga—never saw that. The location is great but if you are gonna charge people $65 daily in amenity fees, there should be more amenities

Our stay was very good overall. Large facility with many things to do. I screwed up and left some clothes in a drawer. It was nearly impossible to get them back. First they told me to leave a message with housekeeping. I did but no one returned my call. I called back to see if they could send someone to the room. They would not. My fiancée called and got the same run-around. She called back and asked to be transferred to the room we had stayed in. They reluctantly finally transferred her to the room. The new guests were very nice and were very willing to assist. They went to the front desk and got the same run-around we did. There had been a housekeeping shift change and they had to wait until the previous staff came back on duty. Finally after 8 hours of trying, they finally retrieved my clothing. The new guests were able to accomplish what the hotel could or would not. I finally was able to drive back and retrieve my things, no thanks to the hotel.

For the cost, I wasn’t impressed. It was chilly out and the hot tub wasn’t even hot…nor clean. Amenities were bare minimum. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Great location with beautiful ocean views. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. 3 pools to choose from but we spent all of our time at the Shore pool right next to the beach. Can’t wait to visit them again!

So much fun. Close to everything. The pool and the activities at the pool were so fun. Bartenders were really nice and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful! I loved the espresso machine in the room lol. The garden and flowers outside were beautiful. The pier outside was great for watching the sunset. I really enjoyed the breakfast at the age.

Room was clean, hot water practically non existent and no in room communication with front desk, they rely on guests using their own cell phones to call the concierge’s who only answer when they are on duty! We experienced a propane leak in our room overnight and couldn’t contact anyone to after 8:00 am when they came on duty. The breakfast is served on a patio which has a large pigeon problem flying on to the tables to peck at food that was left on plates.
