Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Southermost Resort. It was my 50th birthday and overall we had a good time. A few things to note. I was under the impression that we had reserved a room with a balcony or porch space and we did not receive that. Not a big deal but kind of a bummer. The hotel was only half full the whole time we were there. The room was adequate and clean with updated furnishings but the area rug near the bed appeared worn and dirty, one lamp was broken on the desk but still worked and the other floor lamp's bulb was out. In all fairness, we did not notify the front desk of these issues. The bathroom was nice but had very dim lighting which may or may not be an issue for some. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the sink did not drain well in the bathroom sink. The bed was clean and comfortable. Our room was on the ground level overlooking the street in the front of the building so noise was somewhat of an issue at times. The staff was ok. One of the female pool nar

$43 daily parking was a surprise that wasn’t mentioned at check-in, got an “upgrade” at additional $83 a night which wasn’t worth it, beach was filthy and room was dated, sign said no smoking but had a chain smoker on a shared terrace regularly smoking.

Desde que llegamos, la experiencia fue excelente. Llegamos al hotel a medianoche y aun así el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento. El recepcionista nos recibió con una sonrisa y enseguida nos ayudaron con todo. Incluso el señor que nos llevó en el carrito hasta la habitación fue súper predispuesto y nos hizo sentir como si hubiéramos llegado a plena hora del día. La habitación estaba impecable, todo súper limpio y cuidado al detalle. Realmente se nota el esfuerzo por mantener cada espacio en perfectas condiciones. La atención, la calidez del personal y la limpieza del hotel hacen que la estadía sea de primera. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y volvería sin pensarlo

This is a glorified Motel 6. Nothing fantastic about this resort. You’ll pay an extra $60 per day for a resort fee for nothing extra. Couldn’t even deliver luggage to our room. Nothing is included in that extra $60. Beach was not swimmable. It was 11am on a weekday, we were trying to relax at the pool and the lawn crew was obnoxious to the point I had to message the staff and ask them to stop with the blower. Wouldn’t stay again.

This was our first time visiting Key West and Southern Most was the BEST choice! The resort has any different areas to relax, have a great time or just play. Our room was super comfy and quiet. The only complaint we had is the elevator in our building was broken so being on the third floor we had to get super friendly with the stairs. Other than that wonderful experience and we will for sure be back!
