Kobe Stay

First time in Kobe. Nice hotel in the harbor. I stayed in a corner suite on the 9th floor. Had a great view of the harbor. Was nice to sit out on the deck at night and have a drink. The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. Sitting on the 9th floor.I was the same height at the top of the ship. Was fun sipping morning coffee in my robe watching them come into port Good location 10 minutes walk from Kobe station. Everything is within walking distance.

Room is clean and big. It has 2 queen bed and is quite comfortable . There is a carpark so is fine if you want rent a car. Staff at front desk quite inflexible. We stayed there 2 nights and enjoyed the onsen very much

Loved our stay here!! 2 adults and 2 kids. Rooms were very spacious and premium. We were able to see my Fiji from hotel and was in a great location for exploring Mt Fuji and Gotemba outlets.

The hotel itself was beautiful--pristine and well maintained. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Gotemba was a bit difficult to get around in--sometimes of the day there were no taxis available. Make sure to consider this when coming here.

Super hotel with views of Mount Fuji. Nice restaurants on site. A beautiful garden with fountains and light show. A bit of a walk from the station and the main town, but everything you need is on site.

Beautiful, but everything was closed

Beautifully appointed place, with large and very clean rooms, great views of Mt Fuji, and beautiful grounds. It was a bit pricey, but we were celebrating a birthday. What was a bit surprising was that all the restaurants but one were closed when we were there. Not even the cafe was open, despite the fact that it looked like they were suppose to be. A bit disappointing as this is not what we were expecting and weren’t told when checking in either. Furthermore, there are no benches to sit on and take in the beautiful grounds. Relatively, these are small issues - the service was great and the hotel itself very nice.

The facilities and room amenities are quite good, with a router in the room to ensure a stable internet connection. The service is as courteous as always. The restaurant in the hotel is priced at 10,000 yen. Unfortunately, there isn't a bar where you can have a drink. If you want to enjoy some drinks and yakitori, you need to walk about ten minutes to Gotemba Station, or you can ask the hotel front desk to call a taxi for you. There is a bus stop just five minutes away downstairs, where you can catch a long-distance bus to Tokyo, a free bus to Onsen, and various city buses. The Imperial Palace Park and the temple are not far from here.
