A very enjoyable overnight stay. Easy to locate. Ample nearby with reduced parking for guests in the Tower carpark. Welcoming, helpful receptionist who gave off good vibes, proud to work there. Very good bar food at a reasonable price, staff pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed interacting with locals whilst listening to a local group. Good bedroom overlooking the Quayside. Superb breakfast with helpful and good humoured staff. Simple checkout again lovely good natured staff. A great value for money stay. Would recommend staying here. Will use this hotel later this year.

The staff are great, but sorry to say the famous Granville standards have slipped. Our room was fine but the bathroom was poor, mould around the bath and a cheap ill fitted toilet seat let it down. The plumbing was noisy and the taps were hard to control, bearing in mind the water was very very hot.

This hotel clearly caters for an older clientele. The interiors and ambience are very old-fashioned. Can't remember the last time I experienced a hotel bath with a rubber mat and fabric shower curtain! But it was all very clean and well-maintained, the service was warm and professional and the location was good so it ticked all our boxes.

All the above what really stands out is the staff. Ava was very professional but still remained friendly. Then we have Max very pleasant young man who took a moment to answer our questions and explain the National sport of hurling. The true superstar was Anna who went above and beyond to help one of our friends who wasn’t feeling well.

Excellent Hotel centrally located in Waterford. Outdoor Parking is available across the street, we had no issues finding a spot. Our Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom fixtures were a little dated but served us well. Great Pub for dinning with friendly service and good food. Great place to stay in the area.
