Possibly the worst ever hotel experience I've had
"Incredibly poor customer service. They don't provide an airport shuttle even though during booking it suggests they do. When we got there we discovered there's no A/C or fans, there were no towels in the entire hotel as they'd "sent them out for washing." They didn't have my reservation and in fact ..."
