My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter. Thank you, we will be back.

Beautiful hotel property perched above a central area to the main attractions. Breakfast is sensational with attentive staff. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready prior to check-in time. The staff was nice, the food was great but unfortunately the hotel is close to two of the largest concert areas, where you hardly can sleep until midnight. The shower in our room was filled with water which would be go down the drain due to the slope, and the spa had only a pool and a sauna. The steam too, the jacuzzi and the Turkish bath area were out of order. I think over Euro 500 for a regular room with no view in Istanbul is definitely overpriced!! There are so many better options!!

Best hotel in the country! Everything was top-notch as expected with a 5-star hotel. Room was gorgeous, staff was great and the security was incredible!
