my son found little hairs all over his be between the sheets and on top we do not have cat or dog.looking around the halls carpet is old ,when they did the trim work arround the elevators they didn't even sand the ends,as a retired carpenter that unthinkable

Nothing to write home about

Was in town for a surgery next morning. Services agent mixed previous guest with because we had same first name. T.v. wouldn't work and after trying one other fix, was told it was system problem abd no maintenance on til Mondays. It was playoff football, i was fasting and nervous for surgery but felt misunderstood. After two hours she acknowledged we could try another room to check t.v. it was better and we relocate d. All in all very basic hotel with staff not very knowledgeable.

Comfortable spot with Hot Tub

A very comfortable one night stay. Enjoy the Hot Tub and the Breakfast. Location was also good for my purposes.

I rarely ever write a review but feel the need to warn fellow travellers and hockey teams. Stay away. Very outdated hotel in desperate need of a facelift. Smell throughout is terrible, heat is very low at best in rooms, but they did provide a small space heater to help. The washroom towel rails are so rusted it left brown stains on the towels, the condensation at the window was so much it started to pool up on the window ledge and was dripping down constantly The toilet took about 5 mins to flush and refill. The tub was cracking or peeling and didn't look clean. The elevator was out of service multiple times, and with only 1 working, climbing 6 flights is not pleasant while carrying items. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very pleasant but I would not recommend this hotel to bring my team here again. I was just glad i was not on the floor that flodded! Very nice people working at the hotel but for the price totally not worth it. Best Western you need to do better and fix up this place to have any shot at earning my business again.
