Great hotel a must stay in Hamilton.

What a great hotel the rooms were spacious and clean with kitchen amenities that came in handy with a full fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of indoor parking. Also the breakfast was top notch with a variety of breakfast items and the staff was quick to replenish when low. We have stayed at other hotels in Hamilton and we only chose this one as our regular hotel was booked so we took a room here for two nights and it was a great decision and find. This is our hotel now when we come to Hamilton which is often to visit family. Keep up the good work and the same standards as it was a pleasure to stay here.

Comfortable Stay, But Staff Could Be More Helpful I had an overall good stay at this hotel. I was there for 7 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient for everything I needed. However, the staff were not very helpful when I made simple requests, such as for room service. Each time, there seemed to be an excuse rather than a solution, which was disappointing. Despite that, the hotel itself met expectations and offered a pleasant environment.

Great central location. Room was spacious, and clean. Suite had full kitchen and living room area with separate bedroom, perfect for a young family. Property is very secure, lots of underground parking. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, lots of fresh variety and options for any diet. Elevators were very busy and slow, sometimes had to wait 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.
