Courteous staff, room has a slight musty smell and sofa definitely needs replaced. Sofa has stains. The main light-blocking curtain is stained and should be replaced. Beds are comfortable & lobby area is clean & inviting. Pool area is small.

The room appeared clean but the “latch” on the closet door was a makeshift piece of metal that was detached on one end and hanging loosely inside the mirrored door. Just seemed like the basic construction of the building was a little slipshod. But, the stay was nice anyway.

Room floor plan was very good, but poorly lit. Saw one large cockroach. Floor was dirty and sticky. TV’s did not work at first, and no instructions were provided.

Staff was great Danielle was wonderful very helpful very nice. When out of her way to many sure everything was good for us. My wife had got out of hospital and she made sure our room was ready when I got wife for hospital so my wife could rest. Danielle is a wonderful person and so was the rest of staff. Breakfast was good.

Stay was good. It was a good hotel for staying the weekend. Our room was nice a double queen bed suite. The bad things about the room I’ll list first. The beds were hard. We slept in one bed and moved to the other and both of them are hard as a rock. Second I had to fight with the microwave to get it to work. It was very touchy but eventually got it to work. Last thing is the tv is ever outdated. The tv itself is a flat screen with smart options, but the tv only let you watch cable. I wish we could have watched a show on Netflix or something. Outlets on both sides of the beds would be nice so each person can plug in there phones on there side of the bed. Everything else in the room was great! Plenty of space and plenty of room to move around. Hot water is great and water pressure. Breakfast is amazing. Staff were always at the front desk. So nice and generous. Hotel was clean. Perfect for a weekend stay but some things could be updated. Laying $400 for the weekend seemed high for the amenities we had available.
