Room was spotless, bed comfortable,staff nice. The only complaint I have is the poor shape of the curtains..they were ripped and tied in a knot.. could not pull the blackout curtains shut. The bathroom shower curtain was ripped.

The building was beautiful on the outside & the lobby & breakfast area. Staff was wonderful. The place needs some care. Paint, new carpets, our sink was stopped up, slow to drain. The tv remote was difficult to manage. Just a few pointers to improve the place. Overall, it was a nice place for a one night stop over.

The whole thing was awful. I signed up for here. I new they had pool so figured morning swim. Closed even though we site said it should be open after may of 2024. Lady was nasty. Igor to room. The remote does not change channels. Then the big part. Used bathroom. Would not flush called for maintenance same lady said I should come down to desk for plunger. I hung up on her. I wanted to leave and sleep in car but I paid already. I want to complain to all management . I am sick over her come t it was so belligerent. I did not clog it I don't think it was even clogged. It did not swirl..nothing went down to clog it from me

The hotel overall is OK. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast is good. Do not like the breakfast pastry. Am I in the bathroom shower wall still have a previous person hair on it. The world is most definitely the bear was playing comfortable just need some improvements. Overall, in the decent hotel to stay at.
