A truly amazing property with friendly staff

The staff at the hotel were amazing. SO gracious and sweet and extremely attentive. Our room was always beautifully cleaned and we had a relaxing experience. The beach and pool areas were extremely well kept up and the daily massages that I had were wonderful! This was my husband and my 45th anniversary and we wanted a special trip. My only complaint was that I was charged for accidentally breaking a regular room service quality glass after I spent 42,000 Baht for my stay. It was a petty thing to do by the management and it ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth while I checked out. I travel extensively around the world and have NEVER been charged for breaking a NON expensive glass. Who ever made that decision should never have done that. I used all of the services at the hotel and we had massages 4 days out of 5 plus we ate a very expensive meal at the property. It is not the cost of paying this that bothered me, it was the stupidity of doing that to a person who spent so much money at the hotel . Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and I recommend the hotel highly. Kudos to the room attendents. They always new my schedule and I returned every day after breakfast to a beautifully detailed room.

The staff are absolutely brilliant. Rooms comfy and very clean. Pool is perfect and the main reason to stay here. The location. It is perfect. 50yrds from all nightlife and not noisy when you eventually get home to sleep
