Excellent airport hotel

Excellent hotel for an airport hotel. Extremely spacious super comfortable beds and a lovely pool on the rooftop. Very average breakfast though.

The reception staff were great, as was the cleaning staff. The bed was wonderful for a good night's sleep, very comfortable. Free bottles of water daily. My only negative is the service in the bar/restaurant. Service is almost non existence. If you dont want to wait for ages its best to go order when you walk in.

It is nicer to stay in Patong. If I knew now I would have paid extra money to stay in Patong. The room is so small for 4 people. Would not recommend it at all.

Hello, The staff was very rude all around besides the breakfast attendants and a male check in clerk during the late evening. Family room did the job for the night for late 1 AM airport arrival before transferring next day

Perfect for one night

Really great hotel for one night because we were arriving on a late flight. Good size room. Lovely pool. Gym had views of the planes taking off. Breakfast very nice. Very quick check in. Free transfer worked easily there was a driver waiting in the pick up area for us.
