細い一方通行の通りに面しておりホテルの場所がやや分かりにくい。駐車場は屋根付きで雪が降った日だったので雪下ろしせずに済み非常に助かったが、区画がやや狭く駐車しにくかった。室内は清潔でバス•トイレも清潔でした。駐車場料金が１日700円だったのは残念。もう少し割引しても良いのではないでしょうか。チェックイン時にメンバーズカードの作成をお勧めされたが1500円必要なので今後東横インの利用をあまり予定していない私の場合は冷静に考えると作成は不要だった。
