The entrance of the hotel is a bit small and easy to miss. But the location is great, walkable to MTR stations and bus stops. There are also shopping malls and restaurants close by.

Stayed here 3 weeks ago for a little over a week. The hotel was decent for what it was. I was a little skeptical at first after reading some Expedia reviews, but it honestly wasn’t a bad experience. My partner & I loved the convenience of the location of our stay. It is located right next door to a 24 hour 7-Eleven. Currency exchange, restaurants, malls, & markets were right around the corner. The cleanliness was what I expected based off of other’s reviews. It was ok, there were a couple of stray hairs here & there, but it’s fine. It’s what you expect from every hotel, to be honest. There was one incident where the cleaning crew cleaned our room while we were away even when we had the do not disturb sign on our door, but after checking, nothing was missing, so not a big deal. We also don’t leave anything important behind while we are not around, so I would still advise against leaving any important things at the hotel during your stay. Only downsides were that the couch in our room was very old, worn out, & small, so it wasn’t comfortable & neither were the bed & pillows. Due to that, I did not get the best sleep during our stay, but it wasn’t terrible, so not complaining. Overall, we would stay here again.

I spent 4 nights at Soravit on Granville. It is in a very central part of TST where there are 100s of restaurants in every direction. The bed is small but appropriate for the room. I had internet access the entire time I was at the hotel. The hotel is only a few blocks from many transportation options (main road to access Victoria Harbour, TST station on the MTR, as well as many bus lines) There's a mini fridge and a safe in the room. If you're here during the summer, I recommend purchasing a few bottles of water to keep in the fridge. There was nothing better than returning to cold water after a hot and humid walk through the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and convenient this hotel is. Close walking distance to the train line, 4 shopping centers and restaurants serving all sorts of affordable meals. There's also a 7 Eleven just outside for all your basic needs like snacks, water and toiletries. On the downside, there is a bit of construction on an adjacent property and though the noise wasn't audible from my room, taxi pickup and drop-off wasn't so easy with all the trucks on the road when I had suitcases. The room was smaller than I expected. I would recommend a larger room if you have 2 large suitcases or more. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but I could hear people in the hallway and even guests taking in the adjacent room. Not a problem really except for the slamming of the heavy locks and doors. There was no noise from traffic. Lastly the amenities seemed a bit lacking. I had a kettle and some drinking water, but no tea or coffee which is quite standard for most hotels. No other utensils were provided other than coffee mugs and glasses. I would definitely book again, but probably upgrade my room for my next visit.
