At first I was assigned a room with wallpaper popping out and dripping water tap. The washroom is all mouldy. I requested a room change but the 2nd room’s washroom is not much better. The double bed is so uncomfortable that I had to request another mattress to be added on top. I understand the hotel has some floors renovated but I was not assigned the renovated room. Hotel location is very convenient & staffs tried to do what they could.

Room Conditions align with the price charges ! It would be even better if the A/C control works better ( hard to turn or adjust ) staff on averaged are courtes & helpful !

If you are not in a renovated room, it is disgusting. So old the paint on the roof and walls is peeling. The carpet is so old I was so scared of getting sick there. Do not book.

The room was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. The weighted blankets were so thick, I slept like a baby. The restaurants were great and the service was second to none. I was not in a renovated room and I enjoyed my stay, I can only imagine the grandeur of the newly renovated quarters. No doubt, I would stay again. Great location, everything was perfect!
