Very clean and efficiently run. The lift system is a little odd. It's inefficient and results in many stops on floors with no one waiting. Other than that, everything's great. Wonderful neighbourhood.

Great Location

It was average. I picked this hotel for the location. The room was a good size, bed comfortable and AC worked well. Unfortunately the bathroom faucet leaked, wasted a lot of water all day, all night. I was looking forward to a good bath but the tub was old and had stains so I didn’t use it and just took showers. The shower faucet also leaked and had problems transitioning to the shower head. Despite all these bathroom problems my stay was ok.

Book the renovated floor if you can afford it.

I had one of the older rooms (not renovated) so I’m not surprise on the condition of those floors. Carpet is sorta gross, bed extremely stiff, areas are cracked on the wall, caulk is bad. I’ve seen the renovated floor and room, and much nicer.

Initially git given a room that was below standard with a bed that was practically on the floor very old decoration and old carpet. Had to then pay an extra £40 per night to get a better room in 20th floor. This is unfair as prices should be for all rooms but they weren’t. However room had 3 beds and large and modern with good maid service. Located perfectly next to lots of restaurants and transport but no noise at night time. Best sleep we have all had in a hotel room and it was Chinese new year so very busy!
