Scene Cliff View was absolutely breathtaking. The view was unreal, and the location was perfect—close enough to walk to everything, but far enough from the noise to actually relax. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. I’ve been telling everyone about this place, and there’s no question we’ll be back next time we’re in Krabi!

It's a very nice hotel in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the cliff. The pool is big and easily accessible from the villas. However, there weren't enough loungers and parasols for all the guests. The grounds seem to be well maintained and looked after. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the service and staff with the exception of Thomas who went above and beyond to help and offer advice. Our villa was quite big and spacious. The bed was big but the mattresses very firm and not that comfortable. The bathroom smelled of sewer and the water pressure was terrible. We were given only 1 key to access the room and use it in the power slot which meant we couldn't leave the outside light on in the evening. We didn’t get a 2nd key until we complained that my husband tripped on the step innfrom of the villa because it's so dark.

Situated in a quiet area - a 7 min walk from the main road to Ao Nang beach. Villa amenities include fridge, electric kettle, cable, a beach bag with mat, sun umbrella and slippers. Clean toilets without the smell or drainage issues that pop up on most property reviews. Good spread at Breakfast -- strawberry yogurt is a must. The two rooms situated a the edge of the pool area do not have their own beach beds. Drop and pickup service to Ao Nang at fixed times is convenient.

Pretty property built into the side of the cliff. Very quiet and removed from the main roads. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle but they run a regular schedule to the beach area. Amenities were nice but if we returned, we would book a poolside room. We felt like we were intruding on other guests to access the pool. Kids loved feeding the koi in the lobby and we appreciated the quality beach towels, beach bags and mats for guest use!

All the people we have come across in Thailand are friendly - however, the staff at The Scene Cliff were exceptional, the nicest people. the hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool and all facilities are great. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach, however shuttles down and back are free at set times which is super easy, but actually the walk is very manageable with lots of distraction on the way Would I recommend this hotel? Without hesitation. Would I stay again ? Without hesitation Lovely staff, super clean and good value for money

We chose this place because it was slightly away from the hustle and bustle business of the main Ao Nang strip and it was worth it! We still had easy walkable access to everything the town has to offer or we were able to get a taxi service to take us further out if we needed. Shuttle services are available as well. Breakfast every morning was great. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff goes above & beyond. Book here you will not be disappointed.

Im very disappointed in the "bait and switch" I received from this property. I booked a two room suite in October for 4 people. In December I modified my booking for only 3 people since our number had changed. Expedia sent me a new booking which was $300 more. I called Expedia twice before arriving at the hotel. They said it was out of their hands and the hotels discretion. When i arrived I spoke to the manager, showing the original price i was promised. She said since it was canceled and rebooked, i had to pay the highest price. I explained that i hadn't canceled just simply changed number of guests to a lower number. She wouldn't honor our original price. Ironically i heard another couple arguing about a similar situation. What a scam. Its a shame because it's a beautiful place.

Beautiful property! Very well maintained, nice spacious room, gorgeous pool and the view eating breakfast watching the monkeys jumping from the trees was wonderful! We loved all the options at breakfast. We had 2 dinners that were excellent and the cocktails were so good! The staff were all great. Shout out to Thomas! He was so good and always there to help with excellent service. Front desk ladies were also lovely. Really everyone we dealt with. Thank you we won’t forget our stay here!

◦ The Scene Cliff Villas overall is a nice hotel. There is a beautiful scenic mountain directly behind the property and long pools in front of the rooms. The breakfast is mediocre, but the staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this review has a low rating because of a bad experience with the front desk. Upon check-in after being transported from our flight, we were told the cost and paid. We were asked if we wanted to pay now or later for our departing transportation. We chose to pay then and also asked about excursions. We were told it was windy, so Phi Phi Beach may be unavailable. We asked that the nighttime receptionist call and ask about the excursions while we got situated in our room. About an hour later, we left for dinner and on our way out asked about the weather condition for the excursion. She had completely forgotten and just said “oh”. Fast forward to check out, we were given our bill and told we had not paid for departure transportation. We assured them that we had paid, and when the morning receptionist contacted the night receptionist, she lied and said we had not paid. Rather than argue or demand that the front desk camera footage be shown to us, we simply paid again. The nighttime receptionist either forgot to book our transportation or she just stole our money.
