Wonderful service at the reception delicious and affordable food from their restaurant with friendly staff. We loved the grilled salmon and fried Calamari Easy check-in and check-out. Uber to LHR airport is 20 minutes and 13£ .I would definitely recommend and would come back again.

Room 543 s toilet seat is practically in a 2 feet by 2 feet Square. Shower step very slippery and quite high up from ground floor. Staff is good but to put a young child “ trainee” at front desk all day with zero help is cruel. Christmas traffic is starting up in force, the young lady Raislu needs help . I bet a few labour laws are being flaunted at this ACCOR owned establishment . No microwave in the whole facility , no coffee tea station in the lobby. An OK menu , £ 8 /- for a pint of “ on tap “ beer.

More than adequate Easy access to bus/coach station terminals 2 and 3 Most buses from stop 19 will drop you within a short stroll of the entrance Make sure you alight at the correct Ibis as there are two within a mile or so
