We asked reception how to switch off a VERY noisy fan in the bathroom and they said someone from maintenance would come and take a look at it in 10-15 minutes but nobody did. As a result we had a very poor night of sleep.

Only enough to sleep after landing at Heathrow

Staff seemed friendly enough. The hotel condition is pretty old, and the room super small. We were in a room with a queen size bed and an individual bed for our kid and the room was about 4m x 4m (12ft x 12ft) plus the bathroom, maybe just a little over that. The additional bed was inside of a wooden structure that seemed to be a convertible shelf. It was like putting our kid in a crate! I've stayed on other Ibis hotels in UK and this one doesn't meet the criteria for the star rating or the brand (at least from the ones I have stayed at). Definitely won't be staying here again.

Comfortable and quiet

Perfect for my overnight stay before an early flight. You can’t hear the planes which is good. Food in the dining room was ok. Bed comfortable. Not so close to T2, but the shuttle bus didn’t take too long. Good price.

Nothing to dislike about this property. Rooms are pretty basic but very clean. Transfer to/ from spirit is a bit expensive but is the local busses are running they stop nearby.

We just stayed the night to get early start to airport. There is a bus to Heathrow right out front. Ate in restaurant, food was okay. Carpet in halls and room were stained. Big turn off for me.
