No air conditioning and room was not ready when we arrived. When they say check in is not until 3 pm they mean it. It was like 3:10 when we got in our room finally. We arrived at about 11 am so we have been waiting for a bit. Room was so hot. Window didn’t have screen. Overall a nice place but restaurant / bar not open until 6 pm so there is nowhere to get a coffee, water or a drink until 6 pm.

Don't stay here if you don't like the cold.

The hotel is fine for most things. It's clean, only 500m away from the nearest tram stop and 300m away from the nearest bus stop. The rooms are sizeable and well furnished, and the breakfast is plentiful, if a little weird. However all of this is a waste of time if the rooms are freezing, as they were this past week. Refusing to put the heating on when the evening temperature is only 6 or 7 degrees is simply unacceptable and overrides all of this hotels good points!

Great find!

Our suite was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighbourhood as safe, with amenities near by. 15 min walk to town centre. Only downsides were too many throw pillows, which we had to pile on the floor, and no shelf in shower to put toiletries on. Overall, the hotel was great and we would recommend to friends.

Great find

Our suite was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet, a bit away from centre - 15 min walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only downside was too many throw pillows; had to pile them on the floor. Would recommend to friends.

A lovely hotel with good sized rooms. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, with views into a central garden area. The desk was manned 24/7, and car parking was available at front of the hotel, should you need it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Krakow, and close enough for many tours to offer hotel pick-up from here. The only thing I was unsure of was the frosted glass door into the toilet/shower room. Not a problem for a couple, but maybe a bit odd for a family. All the staff spoke very good English, so no issues communicating. I didn’t get the chance to sample any of the hotels other facilities, but what I did experience was really good.

Excellent stay in a beautiful city. Hotel was within a 10 minute walk to the centre. Room and decor were amazing. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good but lack of options for eating in the hotel with no bar facilities. Noise from adjacent rooms was not good and we were woken everyday by severe coughing fits from smokers. We would definitely recommend and use this hotel again.

Quirky, beautiful hotel. Great staff. Lovely rooms & amazing decor. Hotel restaurant closed our whole visit. No restaurants or shops near the hotel at all. No public transport either. Too far to walk for us into centre. Shame as such a wonderful hotel.

Everything was amazing at this hotel. Great location, only a 15 minute walk into the Old Town. Room was cleaned everyday and was always warm. Breakfast had great options and was beautifully presented. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out as we had a later flight so staff were very accommodating. Walls of the hotel room were a little thin and this meant if you had a noisy neighbour you could hear them in the evenings, also could hear housekeeping in the mornings if you were laying in. But overall we could not fault our stay here - was everything we needed!
