The apartment was very well equipped with full kitchen, large private balcony and good selection of English speaking TV channels. Located in Central, yet quite, area that is well served with shops and eateries. Apartment was spotless. Only niggle was it didn't have a bath but seems not many do in Krakow. Worth the cost. My first choice would be to look at booking a Friendhouse apartment on my upcoming trips to Krakow.

Thumbs up for Friendz apartment.

The communication through email with regards to gaining entry to the accommodation was perfect, very professional yet friendly. The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, roomy & good location. As always there is an however..... The road outside the accommodation was exceptionally busy, it's not a reason to be put off but there is no denying it could be heard.

clean apartment, well equipped, broken bed

my stay was good and most of the facilities were good, my main problem was with the double bed. I think the mattress was missing, and I was sleeping on a spring base, the fold out lounge was more comfortable. the bed base had three broken slats. the other issue was the tv connection, I could not get the foxtel or tv to function, the screen came up with "not connected" for the whole time I was there. there were technicians working on the roof so I guess all residents had the same issue

Great pic and price

Really clean on arrival all info on how to get in perfect, very good hosts even when I knocked a lamp over no issues I informed them straight away. Furniture not so comfortable as looked like all ikea and could do with better or more pillows shower doesn’t drain very well so have to be careful or flooding occurs obviously not new as water damage on skirting boards overall tho a lovely little apartment well located and great price .

The apartment was very clean on arrival and had brilliant amenities in the kitchen. Great location for visiting the old town and Jewish quarter. Unfortunately it is right next to a busy road so it can be very noisy early morning. There was also a very strange smell coming from the shower drain.

Specious apartment in great location. Within 15 mins walk to the Old Town, 10 mins walk to Kazimierz shopping centre. Very good communication with the owner and great way of collecting the keys and accessing to the apartment.

There was no oven mitt or tea towel to do washing up or cooking. Was quite loud sleeping next to a busy road but other than that was lovely, clean and loads of storage

Messed about a lot, one day before due to travel got told our appartment wasn't available, had to go to another for one night then another for 2 nights, which was not what i paid for

Not as advertised

The property was advertised with a living/dining area when in fact it was a small kitchen area with a table and four chairs (the apartment can cater for ten ppl so it would be standing room only for six guests). Even after we checked that all three rooms would be available, we arrived with two beds unmade- so after six calls we eventually was able to source sheets for the other beds. The apartment managers were NOT helpful in any way and some customer service is definitely needed.

I have nothing bad to say about this apartment. It’s super modern with everything you need (I.e: a kitchen, bathroom, ironing board and cutlery). The location is about a 10 minute walk into the old town which isn’t bad at all, with shops outside the apartment itself. Very secure with only resident access. If you want a coffee, you can go downstairs and their is a soho coffee shop. Trams do opperate throughout the night on a line outside this apartment so if you are a light sleeper you may be woken up a few times. We slept great though and we’re light sleepers ourselves! I would advise maybe they change the blinds to blackout blinds and it’s a little too light in the room and took a bit longer to go to sleep. None the less though, this was an amazing apartment and already considering staying here again!

The apartments are amazing spotlessly clean 2 times now staying at the friendhouse and will stay there again next time!! Very helpful receptionist there when we needed anything! Best apartments we have have stayed in!! Highly recommend!

pros - well laid out apartment, comfortable bed, everything you need for city break Cons - apartment 9 on busy road with both trams and ambulances (with sirens) passing regularly.

Was a bit sceptical of the pictures when we booked it because it was so cheap and it looked too good to be true but it's exactly how it looked. Really nice flat and amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend.
