Clean and comfortable rooms

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location, right across & walking distance from all landmarks. Lovely breakfast. Negative points: The hotel does not have a concierge to help with the baggage to the room. We travelled with a 6 month old with a lot of luggage so it was inconvenient. During check in, the manager was very kind and helped us with the bags. During checkout, the different manager on duty said we have to manage the bags by ourselves, which was unpleasant.

We loved this hotel. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and clean. The staff at check in and the restaurant were courteous and professional. The location was central and in a charming part of Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent location in the old town, easy walking distance to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice comfortable and spotless room at the front of the building overlooking the castle walls. Would recommend!

Unwelcoming reception, had to ask to change rooms as was claustrophobic very small standard! And dirty! We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast, the room as standard was just that! .. small towels, no bath robes, 1 pillow and big cushion would prefer pillows! No English Tv channels basically this is a good hotel as a base to explore old town krakow but seriously needs friendlier staff and a good lick of paint throughout.

Hotel Polski was very conveniently placed for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Staff at the hotel were excellent. Very helpful with directions and booking trips etc. Room was kept very clean.

Stayed at the Hotel Polski for a couple of nights and cannot fault. Perfectly positioned, very helpful staff. They even let 2 relatives I was visiting join me for breakfast. Definitely on my list of favourite hotels
