We really enjoyed our stay - we asked for breakfast to take away a we had an early excursion booked and it was huge, basically a breakfast and lunch. Staff were so nice and couldn’t have been more helpful

We had a great stay at this hotel. Large, comfortable room, very nice breakfast with lots of selection. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Walking distance from the Wawel Castle and not far from the main plazas in the center of the city. At least a couple of ATMs in the vicinity, and some convenience stores. The pool/recreational area was also nice. In summary, great place.

Weekend in Krakow

A great location. Great service. Great food and wine. Room was comfortable. Supposedly an upgrade from what I booked but I would have preferred not to be located on the first floor. The view would have been spectacular higher up had we not looked out onto the concrete roof of the lobby. Slightly dated furnishings and lumpy pillows for a 5* hotel! There is a health suite and pool but we didn't get chance to visit due to lack of time. Would stay again.

The deluxe view room had a view of the carpark so we had to upgrade to a grand deluxe to get a river view at extra cost. Room was great, breakfast very good and we loved the sky bar.
