Nice hotel, very friendly staff, very awkward location. Although the value for money is favourable, I would be hesitant to recommend, especially for those that can afford a slightly more expensive gotel nearer to KL

The property looked okay from the outside; however, I found a rat faeces on my bed when I came back from an outing. I also found another faeces inside my shoe the following morning. They changed my room when I told them and said they will upgrade it, but they did not. Instead they moved me to a room next to a janitor closet that way noisy. I also ordered lamb bolognese on my last night of stay and it tasted terrible. I barely ate 1/4 of it.

A 5 day 4 night get away @ Puchong

Hilton Garden Inn is always my preferred choice of hotel to stay in whenever I travel to KL. The rooms are spacious & clean. Hospitality is great & staff are welcoming.

The hotel has improve much since my stay about 2 years back. I enjoy my stay although it is only a one nite stay. I had a good stay here besides the toilet in my room. It was stucked twice and I found the material and design of the toilet no good. Poop always stick on the toilet easily.

Room is too cold

The room is clean and spacious. All good except aircon is too cold even after I adjusted it to the max. temp. with lowest fan speed. Probably because of cold air coming in through the main door. Needs to switch off the aircon eventually in order to sleep well.
