Newly remodeled and furnished beachfront property. Unit is a two story with two on suite bedrooms upstairs. Amazing deck off of the master bedroom, great place to have coffee and watch the sun rise or sip on a glass of wine and listen to the surf before turning in. Kitchen will make you want to eat in every night. Living room has two large sliding glass doors which help you take in the breathtaking views which leads you to another great deck off the living room. There is a half bathroom on the main level. The property offers 4 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, along with basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, hot tub, and work out room. The property is located 1.5 miles from the town of Kure beach: which offers dining, bars, shopping, fishing, and parks. Carolina beach is just 5 miles away were there is always something exciting happening. Downtown Wilmington is only18 miles away. This historic area is full of shopping, unique dining experiences, and breweries. This property is close to the Fort Fisher Ferry which will take you over to the charming town of Southport. Everything we needed and an incredible value for the view. There were so many opportunities for outings within 30 mins in multiple directions. The neighbors were very friendly. The decorations were darling, bed super comfortable and again…the view is just amazing. Having a grill at the condo (there is a small outdoor grill near the indoor pool) would have been a big bonus and the hot tub was out of service but it didn’t bother us too much.

We had an incredible visit! The townhome has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you need for cooking. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balconies and spent a lot of time out there. The location is perfect and right on the beach. We could hear the ocean even from inside. It was so peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Nice roomy oceanfront condo. We liked that the bedrooms were upstairs and away from the living areas. The beach is nice and plenty of other activities nearby. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter getaway!

The location was amazing with a perfect view of the ocean. Just steps from the beach so you could clearly hear the waves from the townhome. Nicely updated and full bathrooms in each bedrooms with a half bathroom downstairs made it very convenient for 4 guests.

The property is as described, and the living room and main bedroom both had fantastic oceanfront views. Whatever we needed was available -- dishes, cookware, paper towels, toilet paper, and towels/linens -- I've stayed many places where that's not always the case. It was clean and everything was really comfortable. I also loved having covered parking. If you're looking to have internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV, both are available. After a little hiccup with getting the check-in info, it was easy to find, and we had a great stay!

Family vacation Tradition

This is our fourth vacation to this condo with our family over the years. We cherish the memories we have each time we stay. The property is always clean, and well stocked with essentials. The location is ideal because it’s quiet and right on the ocean. The pools are also great and my kids always enjoy them. The decks off the back offer so many memories for us. We played Uno every night on the back deck and watched the sun come up on the top deck. I love this place and the many memories we have had as a family at this condo. Thanks again!

This was our second stay at this condo, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! It’s the perfect beach getaway! Very clean, comfortable, and just steps from the ocean. The view is incredible, and we loved relaxing on the deck and soaking up the sun. The location is ideal for both peaceful beach time and easy access to shops and restaurants.
