The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made my stay better. Room service was quick even though the food was not the best. The hotel was dated and dirty. The kettle had debris in it and everything had dust on it. There was a dead bug under the glass of my desk and sticky smudges on top. The bathroom did not come with washcloths. Just a heads up. But the customer service mostly made up for everything. The pool and gym were nice. If you need somewhere convenient before your flight, it's ok. I would not recommend it for any other reason.

Resembles a glammed up Holiday Inn. Customer service very good. Bare minimum in the rooms. Variety of breakfast foods very good but all hot foods were cold or lukewarm. Immediately outside the property broken up side walk, polluted. Pedestrian walkway parked with cars. Unsafe to walk anywhere. Eateries close by great risk to contract Bali belly. Recommend use taxi to get around.

Great hotel and very close to the airport

This hotel was more than we expected. It was immaculately clean, and one could smell its cleanliness as you walked in the hotel lobby. The staff were very attentive and took our luggage from our drop off van as soon as we pulled up. The rooms were lovely and very modern. The food was delicious, and the kitchen is open 24/7. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport which only takes 10mins.

This is a great hotel across the street from the airport but the airport shuttle is not always reliable. (Think of the worst traffic you have ever been; things don't work smoothly.) We walked what Google indicated would be 10 minutes to the hotel. But there is a fence around the Bali airport, following the map is complicated, and you have to walk a block on a main road with no sidewalk. I'm not saying don't do it if you have a problem with hotel pick-up, I'm saying be aware of what you are doing, and stop often to ask for directions.

Very bad experience, just stayed for one night as we arrived late to Bali. The towels, beds, bathroom are all terrible. The staff were nice.
