This is our 2nd stay at the Cross in Kyoto. Location and super friendly staff are tops. Wonderful concierge staff helped booked hard to get dining reservation. Only regret was booking a standard room which might put you a room without a window (Floors 2-4 facing south). Opt for Superior or Delux rooms which face Ryoma-Dori or Nishi-Kayamahichi-Dori
