This hotel is beautiful the moment you step in, lobby on the 4th floor. I loved everything about this hotel except for my room was over on the side of what seemed to be a parking garage so you can hear cars pass and run over metal grate/plate clank. The headboard sits on the window wall so can’t do much about it. Location is great but if you decide to stay maybe ask for a room opposite side to the garage.

Very clean room, considerate staff, lovely spa and lounge. The buffet breakfast at erutan was delicious and full of different options with clear markers for allergens and dietary restrictions. Got a wonderful aromatherapy massage at the spa. Loved the cocktail/charcuterie time at the lounge, was a wonderful way to end my day during my stay. The overall aesthetic of the hotel, with the lighting and the plants was beautiful. Glad I chose this hotel for my stay.

This hotel is an absolute dream in Kyoto. Reasonably priced and a huge bang for your buck. The rooms are comfortable and cozy without. being small. The service is exceptional at every turn. You're walkable to all the big must-see spots, without being in the heart of it to the point you can't relax. We had an amazing stay!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Having water dispenser on every floor is a big plus. The location is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants and is actually walkable to many sightseeing locations.
