Serene property, with beautiful grounds. Simple but nice room, with all necessary amenities, huge bathroom, patio surrounded by colorful plants, with a view of Arenal volcano towering above the palms. Wonderful ambience in the open air restaurant, where the included breakfast buffet was served each morning. Buffet had so many choices, all fresh and tasty. Coffee replenished readily by the attentive staff. Stars of the property were definitely the hot spring ponds and the spa. The massage platform, perched over the swift river below, was amazing, and the massage itself very good, as well. Staff friendly and efficient. We'd be happy to return here.

Propert is lush green with views of the volcano from the rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is great and has lots of options for Vegetarians and Vegans. Each room is private and none in front or back that can see inside Only issue that we had was the internet was spotty- they sent some one to fix it but was still spotty- otherwise no issues with the rest of the place

I really enjoyed my stay at Arenal Manoa. The view of the volcano was incredible (even though it rained most days). The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. The hot springs? Phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and exactly what I needed to start my day. As a solo traveler, I never felt unsafe, and I didn’t have to worry about walking back to my room after a long day because on-site transportation was always available. My only gripe is that their airport transportation options were pricier than an Uber, which didn’t feel very reasonable. All in all, it was a great experience!

Arenal Manoa is absolutely amazing!! The staff is fabulous, they know your name, polite, friendly. The grounds are beautiful, well kept. We stayed in the Chato Suite and it felt like our own private oasis with a breathtaking backyard space, swinging sofa, multiple sitting/laying arrangements around a fabulous pool with perfect views of the Arenal Volcano. Buffett breakfast included, sushi, pizza and restaurant on site, we ordered room service multiple times and received it quick. Spa by the river and multiple natural hot springs on the property, they added some in an adult only zone, all are surrounded and under the lush vegetation on the property and a perfect escape. We also booked RT transportation to/from hotel and 2 tours through them. Arenal Manoa staff know how to make you feel special and cater to your needs. It was a most memorable vacation and we will return!

Beautiful resort with excellent hot springs. We spent an afternoon just hanging out in the hot springs while reading books and watching birds. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Great wildlife sighting while you drink your coffee.

Arenal Manoa never fails me. Sixth visit here

Always a great stay at Arenal Manoa. Their new hot springs section at the main pool is simply gorgeous. It is set in the natural forest landscape and the pools are lovely and have friendly bar service. The prices reflect this new big addition but it is still worth it.
