Good location, close to trains and trams. Staff are friendly and rooms a basic but comfortable and clean

The room was immaculate on arrival. The hotel was very central to where we wanted to be which helped us have a very relaxing and carefree weekend. The staff were extremely helpful with any and all questions we had.

Clean, spacious and comfortable, adequately equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Surprisingly quiet given location 1 block off a major road. Great location. There is a small IGA grocer across the street, but on the other side of the main road, across the parking lot, the rather unprepossessing building is actually a mall with a huge Woolworth grocery store. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront, easy access to CBD - within the free tram area.

Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are always clean and neat. The only negative comment about my recent stay was I paid for an “accessible” room, as I need the larger bathroom to move easily and safely, but was given a standard small room. But it’s been perfect always apart from that one error.
