We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with good aircon and spotlessly clean. Great black out blinds so had a lovely sleep. We loved the wet bar and forest thermal baths. Even in the rain it was a fantastic experience. The massage we had was fantastic and the spa room had the windows open so you could hear the sounds of the forest. All staff were delightful from check in to check out. We would return.

The Volcano Lodge is very nice with a relaxing forest vibe. It provides multiple amenities like pools, hot springs, restaurant and spa. They also have options they are willing to help you book for excursions around La Fortuna. My friends and I stayed here for me and my twin’s birthday :). We did have 1 incident where a manager at the restaurant, Juan was not very

Quiet, beautiful grounds

We had a could repairs that needed to be done in our room, but they were addressed immediately. The resort has great thermal pools and the staff was very friendly.
