Located in the City of La Quinta in a gated community with mountain views in every direction. Complemented by a lush green belt and community pool and spa in the backyard. A 5-acre lake with pedal boats, Tennis and Pickleball courts. This home is 1562 square feet, 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a private office beautifully furnished and upgraded, sleeps 4, large eat-in kitchen, casual open floor plan, barbeque, and large patio great for entertaining. Centrally located in La Quinta minutes from boutique shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf, biking, festivals, art shows, and BNP Paribas Open, Historic La Quinta County Club, and Old Town La Quinta.

Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- 2 Dogs only.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.

31-night minimum
