The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us arrange all our trips around the island. The restaurant is also amazing, with great food and atmosphere. The only downside is the lots of stairs, and carrying bags up and down was a little hard, but the staff is pleased to help. Overall, it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it!

Staff is excellent. Room was good. Balcony looked onto the port, which is noisy. However, I would definitely stay again. Particularly if you are doing a liveaboard scuba trip, the hotel is right next to the port.

The room is excellent, spotless, clean linens, complete amenities, towels but no face towel. We choose upgrade room with ocean view, it was great but I think the hotel needs install more lights in the hall on the way to elevators.. My wife and I were so glade and satisfied stay at Meruorah Hotel. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel when they go to Labuan Bajo-Komodo Island.

Incredible staff, beautiful grounds, we felt so lucky to be there. One thing they could do to step it up is get glassware for martinis, but I’m splitting hairs. The shower was phenomenal and we felt so well taken care of! Sunset in the swing on the pier with a piña colada and the best view will be a memory that lives on
