This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Best Western hotel. Arrived at the hotel to check just to be told that I can check in but couldn’t access my room due to the rooms not being clean. Not to mention the young lady at the front desk is so rude to the customers. I would never stay at this location again.

My daughter and I arrived around 9:30 pm. When I first walked in the lobby it smelled like marijuana. The young lady at the front desk was nice though. When I checked in she gave me a room key to room 206. I drove around back got all of our baggage and proceed to the room. As we walked into the room assigned to us we noticed dirty towels on the floor, bed wasn't made, etc. It was clear that the room has not been cleaned. I went to call the front desk and of course the phone didn't work. I went back down to the front desk and was given another room. This room was clean however they had 1 towel, no wash clothes and no soap. We just went to sleep and checked out at 7:00 am. Will not be staying at this hotel again, very disappointed to have paid for a 3 star hotel like this.

Our experience at Best Western Lafayette Inn was not great. Would have requested another room, but were tired after driving for over nine hours. First of all, the bath tub and bathroom were not clean. We decided we didn’t want to bathe in the tub. The wall next to the tub was disgusting, looked like it was soft and moldy. I have pictures. There were places in the room that didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while. The AC was extremely loud. The only good thing was the breakfast, there were plenty of choices. The employee that was running the front desk was also keeping the breakfast area stocked and cleaned, she was very friendly and helpful. It is hard getting to and out of the hotel area due to traffic issues. Would probably never stay there again.

This place was so loud with slamming door, screaming people and just people talking next door all night. The walls are so thin and the doors slam behind you. Do not expect to get sleep at this hotel. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and French toast sticks. The staff was very friendly
