Disappointed

We booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant odor. The bed had visible stains and looked like it had simply been remade without fresh linens. The shower was in poor condition, with parts falling apart, and the bathroom lights flickered constantly, making it feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt neglected and far below basic cleanliness standards.

Good stay but if you’re sensitive to sound the freeway is near by. Makes access convenient but as I have done for years, travel with ear plugs. Even in top end hotels I’ve stayed in I’ve needed ear plugs.

Check in was swift. I was puzzled about being charged $100 deposit for a NON SMOKING room. Place felt safe. Ac/heat unit had a shortage of some sort and would cut off, heat was needed in 28 degree weather.

Staff was not the nicest. I did accidentally book a smoking room and it smelt terrible but that was my fault. However there were stains all over the bedding. Thankfully we only booked the room to get dressed for an event because I would not advise sleeping there.
