Horrible experience and management

We met family from another state who also booked rooms. They were told they were moved to residence inn due to no clean rooms. Got there are were told would be 2-3 hours to check in after check in time so would miss dinner reservations! Managers were extremely rude. Ended up paying to get rooms at Drury Inn

Quick trip to Purdue

We were in town for a concert at Purdue. Super friendly reception and clean, comfy room. Did not get a chance to go to the pool, but the area lookes nice. Wish breakfast would have gone till 10.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter had a virtual interview she needed to do on the day we checked out. They gave us a late check out and made sure no one bothered her during the interview.

Property overall was nice. We were put in a handicap room due to the keycards not working and the staff had to walk us to the room to let us in. Room needed some updates, bathroom could have used more cleaning but overall ok for a night stay. Breakfast was good and staff were very pleasant.

I have never had an experience like the one I had at my stay. The front desk, the room, pool were all way past my expectations. I have multiple kids under 12 and all their wants and needs were accommodated for. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a hidden gem with the 50 different hotels in the area it was hard to pick which one and we are more than happy with our final choice.
