Very clean. Loved the wood floors. Great price for a super busy time of year.

Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable, but was a little warm without airconditioning.

Good location, quiet, a lot of walking options, restaurant just 50 yards away. Walking distance to Downtown and pool. Clean place, rooms good. Wi Fi working perfect. Cozy lobby with very friendly staff!

Nice location

Great stay. Not a big fan of checking in on a kiosk when staff was sitting right there. Paying for use of robes was a little crazy given price of room. Hot springs were great after a long day and pizza from restaurant hit the spot.

We were a group of 8 fairly experienced hikers from the Monument/Co Springs area wanting to knock out the 5 big peaks in this area. We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning. The BBQ was wonderful for our fellowship time and the location being so close to town was perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked with all the necessities (especially coffee) and also close enough to town so if you needed to grab something or want to go out to eat one night its only minutes away. We will definately be back!
