This kitchenette room perfect for our needs. Visiting nearby relatives so only was there to sleep & shower. All interactions with staff was efficient & pleasant. Not luxury accomodations but very clean, friendly, and more than met our needs.

Checked in on Saturday for one night. Nice parking space available, overall no complaints, clean, safe, by the beach. No breakfast tho. Check in was smooth, great staff. Pleasant stay.

Check-in and check-out times are very limited because there’s no staff available after 10 PM or before 8 AM. If you plan to arrive late at night, you simply can’t check in, and if you need to leave early in the morning, you can’t check out either. They do provide a phone number to call during these hours, but no one answers. This made the whole process quite inconvenient.

We have been coming to Sunset Bay resort for a few years now and we absolutely love it. It’s in a very nice quiet area surrounding Lake Delton and only 10 minutes to downtown dells. The property has two pools and working hot tube and a couple of slides inside. It’s a very small resort but homely! They have a private beach and the offer free kayaks to use. They have picnic tables and grills that you are able to use anytime. Even though the rooms are a bit dated, the rooms are clean and spacious. FYI, bring a portable outlet or charging station because they don’t have any in the rooms that work. Overall, I will absolutely continue to come and stay at this property!!
