Liked: Cleanliness
great location in central Melbourne. Our room had curtains that had a 30 cm gap at the bottom so there was a lot of light let into the room at night.
Basic but clean. Friendly staff.

It was just what we were looking for
We just needed a single night that was local to our event
The good -
Central
Bag drop
Quiet
The bad -
Coffee cups not clean
Window didn't open, frosted and dark class almost an interior room.
Small bed, not queen
Car parking
From the first contact with the property we were able to leave our bags as we arrived from the country early. They were only to happy to assist us with anything that we needed . I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the cbd
This is budget accommodation in terms of the price and the age of the property and facilities - but, it is clean and in a very convenient location. It's noisy so good to bring ear plugs.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to public transport, shops and dining areas.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Budget means basic. There was a kettle, milk & teabags, TV which I didn’t use, the bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets & there was hot water for a shower. But the window was dirty, facing out to an alley where bins were very noisily emptied in the early hours & you had to close the curtains as there were people working in an
Office a short distance away. The shower screen was broken, there were no reading lights as they’d been removed & replaced but one was broken off & the other was too far away to be useful. Everything was a bit worn, tatty or shabby. But perfect location, clean & ok for one night.
I think the price for what you get is right at the limit, room wasn’t that comfortable at all. It’s not terrible but it’s definitely not fantastic either especially in terms of value imo.
