We had an amazing excellent time at this resort. Our kids had so much fun and enjoyed the s’mores by the fire. It was a great touch.

Loved the room and view of the lake. Having a fireplace. Apprecited the s'mores and firepits. Parking is easy. Food was terrible in the bar inside the reception building. Think frozen pancakes and canned orange jouce.

Jacuzzi was not working, would have loved to have one specially after skiing. Ice machine was broken and we had to walk to the other side of the building whenever we needed. Felt very inconvenient. However the staff was great, and loved the complementary marshmallow for the fire. You need to uber to Heavenly village, about 5 mins. But 30 minutes walk there.

Omg!!! This place is very beautiful!! Pet friendly, clean, our room had a balcony with lake view, staff were very friendly, even housekeepers. Hotels offer s’mores every night 6-9, an extra activity to do with the kids. Easy parking as well. I would definitely stay here again.
