It is my second visit to this property. Despite being a largely positive review, I will most likely not return nor use the hotel chain again. I am an Expedia gold member (that means that I am travelling quite often) and despite membership perks or discounts I usually get, I wasn't upgrade it, I had to pay for the coffee I had at reception despite the hotel not offering facilities to make a drink in the room. It was a £120/night (thanks to my discount as being a gold member on Expedia), however for that it was just a bed and a shower as no other facilities were available... Not even a coffee. And no, it is not about having to pay for the coffee but rather for the principle of being a guest to a hotel in the UK and not to have the facility of having a drink such as coffe/tea. It is a shame as I have used the Point A Hotels (different ones in London) at least 4 times in last 4-6 months. The staff member has apologised cordially when asking me to pay for the drink saying that the policies around free coffee being offered was changed recently by the management... Unfortunately, is the small difference that makes or breaks the quality of a stay overnight to any hotel.
There was very little room to manoeuvre around. Spaces bewteen the bed and the wall. Had to climb across the bed to get to the other side of the room or window. Wires hanging from the back of the TV. Which we also was unable to connect our device into to watch our own movies in comfort. We only had the option of tv channels.
The mirror that had all of the mood lights around it looked like it had been damaged and furthermore the mood lights/settings are not working in the room. It was a real struggle dealing with the lighting buttons and controls for the aircon.
Bed had stains on it as we arrived but didnt notice til later on in the evening.
If i pay over £100 for a hotel in the city o would atleast expect a kettle with an option for tea or coffee.
There was nothing in the room, not even a tray to eat food on.
Overall our experience was ruined by multiple issues. We wont be staying at this hotel or any of Point A hotels in the future.

I booked the room with no window, in the picture there was a fold down small desk/shelf. There was not one in the room. There was 1 small bed side table one side of the double bed as the other side of the bed was pushed up flush against the wall.
Absolutely fine for single occupancy but I feel the room would be too small if there was two of us.
The room was clean, bed was comfy and warm and the showere was nice and powerful. Thecprice was very reasonable compared to the other hotels in the area.
The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly.
As it was only me in the room I had a very pleasant stay. I would definately use again.
Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera senza finestre per due notti, tornassi indietro sceglierei quella con finestre, o comunque puoi alloggiare in quella senza per poche notti, è talmente piccola che se ci passi tanto tempo ti senti chiusa in una cubo. La camera è piccola ma non manca nulla, è dotata di tutti i confort necessari. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi da Liverpool station, da Shoreditch e da diversi locali e ristoranti dove passare la serata.
