Very helpful staff, and an excellent continental breakfast with plenty of options. Very good grind-and-brew coffee maker in the lobby, better than the basic coffee from the nearby Starbucks.

PERFECT STAY!! Everything was clean, the condo was in a great location, and the views were incredible!! From star gazing to watching the waterfall I was blown away by the view! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again! The Mexican restaurant next door is wonderful, and the Panther House Cafe down the road is great for breakfast and lunch! Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts!

We were not expecting such extravagant accommodations. Everything was perfect. The rooms were so spacious, clean, and relaxing. We will be back!

Always enjoy staying here when we are in town to visit our WCU college kids. Excellent location!

A table would be better to have

PROS: Desk staff was courteous/ friendly; Convenient location to Sylva; Quiet; Plenty of outlets in room CONS: Dirty bathroom floor (had a lot of hair from previous occupants - uncertain if pet or human); Holes in linens on bed; Bed mattress was in terrible condition (far too soft, due to long-term use - on one side there was a permanent indentation, which made sleep difficult and uncomfortable) NO INFO: Breakfast, because we did not eat Overall I would not go again. The bathroom floor clearly had not been swept well or at all, which made us wonder how much had actually been cleaned. The mattress, though, was the absolute worst we have ever slept on. We are still stiff and sore after two nights of sleeping on it. There is no excuse for a mattress that is so worn down it has giant, deep indentations where someone is sleeping. Unacceptable.
