Cheap Hotels in Twinbrook

My mom had a heart attack went in an ambulance as soon as we got here. The next day we had to wait to find out about her condition, they would not let us stay here even an hour longer after checkout.

This hotel has great rates and is just across the street from the casino. The breakfast was good but the coffee left a lot to be desired. I’d recommend this hotel as a good alternative to the casino hotel rates.

This was my second stay at this property, and unfortunately, my last. The first stay was, by far, much better. We stayed for two nights on this second trip. Pros: Good breakfast, River room views are beautiful, Property is conveniently located to various eateries and highways. Cons: Upon check-in, we found that the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. I called the front desk to request a replenishment and was told that she would contact Housekeeping. However, after 45 minutes of not receiving it, I was on my way to the front desk and found a housekeeping employee and told him about the situation. He replaced it right away but told me that the front desk never contacted him. Our second negative involved the housekeeping staff not changing the towels left on the floor in the bathroom. We returned at approximately 4 pm after being out all day. I approached the front desk and asked if we needed to request that the room be cleaned, but was told no, and that it was automatically scheduled. I informed her about the towels not being changed out and she was surprised. She asked that I bring the dirty ones to the front desk and that she would happily change them out, which I did. I left the property thinking that the lack of detail and attention had diminished at the property and will consider other properties on my next visit.
