Great price , excellent location, convenient short walk to central shop, indoor heated pool to use no matter the weather, clean spacious apartment with excellent views. It was absolutely ideal for our family of 4 and l would highly recommend it to anyone.

'Family' room

Family room with an undersized, lumpy, uncomfortable trundle bed on the floor which no one wanted to sleep on made the stay very uncomfortable for a family of 4. The room had plenty of space to have a full size single bed.

It was quiet clean, but the bathroom my children didnt like, as it was to small. When I booked the room, didnt realised there's no microwave, which was a pain for us. Not enough options for vegetarian.

This rating is for the door of our room which we found unlocked upon our arrival due to a loose screw from its hinges. This prevented the door from fully closing. Whenever we went out and came back the door had not locked due to the screw. As we checked in later that night after hours service /security came late. Also, it would be good if atleast there's some complimentary disposable cutlery ,bowls and plates available for emergency use especially after office hours considering the cost of accommodation is above standard. Except for the two issues, the hotel is at a prime location and we find it very clean. But safety of guests and their belongings I suppose must be a top priority in any accommodation

The property area was good and safe but if we looked at the room facilities there was no kitchen stove which all family prefers to cook at home but there wasn’t even microwave in the room. How could you even warm up food or beverage, too hard with kids. In Swimming pool but dirty ceilings, water wasn’t good clean. Staff service was great.
