I liked the location for us as we were meeting up with family. It was clean. comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. For the price it was excellent. However, I wouldn't say it was 'Deluxe' - the room was basic, the large armchair was a sofa bed so not particularly comfortable, it just didn't feel deluxe at all. It was standard and they should just advertise it as is. Dissapointed with that part but everything else was excellent.

Just a 2 night stay. Small room with a small bath room. Plenty drawers and hangers enough plug sockets but no usb outlets. Breakfast is ok no more. Restaurant food is very very good and not silly prices. Overall we loved our stay small room but short of nothing with good but small shower. We will stay again but the restaurant is worth a visit

1 night stay the the Shard Riverside

Business stay for 1 night. Evening meal was great as was the huge breakfast. Unfortunately the wifi was extremely poor, which for a business trip is not good, room was not very clean and only handwash in the bathroom

Great if you like a firm (Hard) bed.

Fantastic place to stay, great breakfast. My only issue was that the bed in room 19 is very hard. Room spotless and everything else about the stay 1st class.
