My comments are directed at the staff. Im 65 yrs old and have traveled the world. The manager and the other younger staff member are the MOST welcoming, kind, professional, helpful, considerate, and provided the best service over self ive ever had. This was very important to me especially since my wife has early Alzheimers.

Staff was very friendly, exceptional. Room was not bad. There were some stains on a pillow case and towels, which happens with all white items, but; its not a good look. The (included) breakfast was mediocre and extremely limited. Not good if you are actually hungry. My biggest complaint was thing were not refilled daily, like coffee and creamer, make-up wipes, soap, etc. These are things you use daily, so when housekeeping does the room while you're out, those types of thing should be refilled automatically. Especially when charging a "resort" fee.
