I’ve stayed at multiple Embassy Suites over the years since I was a child. This particular one was just like the rest of them, a very nice hotel. The room was nice, and clean. The breakfast was great. The pool and the pool room were absolutely disgusting like there was no upkeep trash on the floor and in the pool. I can get past that though. After I checked out I noticed bites all over my body and they started itching profusely. They are all over my arms, legs, and back. Room 620 has bedbugs or it did as of 3/16/2025. Management was told about the situation and still haven’t received a call from the Hotel Manager.

cook to order breakfast and buffet is wonderful hotel needs update room was not serviced. used the 2 coofoee cups provided the first day they were never replaced. towels not replaed even though placed on floor they remained there4 throughout my stay. $15 for parking is rediculus with no in or outs

Hotel was okay and service was good. PARKING was not convenient. Parking in a mall parking lot across and down the street made it very inconvenient to go out and hard to unpack and pack stuff in car. Can't stay here again until parking is fixed.

We arrived around 3pm had to wait until 4 to check in as they said room was not ready and we were early however, we went to bar at happy hour (6 pm) there were kids running around , unsupervised everywhere. We later had dinner at the hotel. We were sat right at the fountain drinks, again kids running, playing on elevators, running thru the resturant areas by our table getting fountain drinks completely ruined our evening. We took the shuttle van to another venue to enjoy adult time. We asked about the pool hours which were open until 11 pm. We came back to hotel hoping for an hour in the pool but walked into 21 children in the pool, more than half unsupervised, shooting water guns at everyone that entered including the ceilings. We talked to front desk lady who laughed and said we picked an unfortunate week..like what kind of answer is that??? The 3 elevators were being played on by kids and seemed to be broken most of the night. We picked an upscale hotel for a reason and this kind of service and atmosphere is what you would find at a Holiday Inn. This place was a disgrace to say the least.

Property is in bad part of town…parking has you in garage across street…question safety at night. Questionable fire safety in building…elevators were not working off and on…exit steps had you going outside, then back into main entrance…did not lead to lobby?! Placed had unsupervised kids running around.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. There was only one working elevator. Parking was a long way from the hotel. Very dingy and dirty feeling throughout the hotel.

Nice hotel but needs update. We had a few issues. The hot water was gray and our lock didn’t work when we came back from breakfast. we had to go to front desk several times each time they reprogrammed it it still did not work. Maintenance had to come and Jimmy the lock. This delayed our departure by at least a half hour. They did give me some extra Hilton bonus points for the water issue. It did clear up the by the next day.
