The cleanliness around the apartments, the pool, the bar and the restaurant was fantastic. The staff in all area's were friendly and polite, especially the bar. There was a great choice of food for breakfast in the morning, catering for all tastes and the apartments are well situated in a good place for walking into the old town or walking down to strip for the shops, bars and restaurants. Would we go back to Plus Fariones Apartments, most definitely...

Great hotel, enjoyed our stay

This was our 5th time to stay at this hotel and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. We always holiday in Playa Blanca and have tried other 5* hotels but we always return to The Volcan. The staff, as always, is so friendly and accommodating. I love how they’ve kept the traditional Spanish feel and decor that makes it a joy to walk around and that they have added modern touches without losing it’s authenticity. It is always spotlessly clean and has the best breakfast buffet with so much choice. Highly recommended.

Always a really comfortable stay right in the heart of Arrecife. The view of Playa Reducta is wonderful. The staff team are exceptional and so willing to help. The view, the location and the high standards are very much apprecaited. Thank you.

The rooms were well maintained and the facilities were great. I would have to say the option for food for dinner was not great. Better options can be provided.
